Our skill development initiative equips rural youth with practical, industry-relevant vocational training in textile operations, machine handling, quality checking, and workplace readiness. Participants gain hands-on experience within a real manufacturing environment, graduating with competencies that employers actively seek — and a genuine, lasting advantage in the job market.
